كيف أطلب؟
افتح المحل، اختر طعامك، ثم أكمل الطلب برقم هاتفك. لا توجد كلمة مرور: رقمك هو حسابك، وطلباتك السابقة محفوظة عليه.
كم رسوم التوصيل؟
ريال واحد لكل طلب داخل مناطق خدمتنا. تدفع للسائق نقداً عند تسليم الطلب.
إلى أين توصّلون؟
المعبيلة والخوض والحيل. إذا كان موقعك خارجها فستخبرك صفحة الطلب قبل أن تطلب، لا بعده.
هل أستطيع الدفع بالبطاقة؟
ليس بعد. الدفع نقداً، في المحل أو للسائق.
ما مدى طزاجة الطعام؟
كل صنف يعرض تاريخ إنتاجه وانتهائه، وما انتهى تاريخه يُسحب من الرف ولا يُباع.
هل أستطيع بيع طعامي معكم؟
نعم. تستأجر الطاهية رفاً أو رف ثلاجة أو سخانة بالشهر، وتأخذ قيمة ما يُباع من طعامها بعد خصم الإيجار. اسأل المحل عن قائمة الأسعار الحالية.
هل أستطيع العمل سائقاً لديكم؟
نعم. قدّم عبر صفحة السائقين. تحتاج رخصة قيادة عُمانية سارية وترخيص مزاولة مهنة التوصيل المطلوب من وزارة العمل.
كيف أحذف بياناتي؟
راسل المحل على الواتساب واطلب ذلك. نحذف رقمك وعنوانك، ونبقي فقط ما يلزم وجوده في سجل محاسبي مقفل.

How do I order?
Open the shop, choose your food, and check out with your phone number. There is no password: your number is your account, and your past orders are kept against it.
How much is delivery?
One rial per order inside the areas we serve. You pay the driver in cash when he hands the food over.
Where do you deliver?
Al Mabela, Al Khoud and Al Hail. If your pin falls outside those, the checkout tells you before you order rather than after.
Can I pay by card?
Not yet. Payment is cash, either at the shop or to the driver.
How fresh is the food?
Every item shows its production and expiry date, and anything past its date is taken off the shelf rather than sold.
Can I sell my food with you?
Yes. Cooks rent a shelf, a fridge shelf or a warmer by the month and keep what their food sells for, less the rent. Ask the shop for the current price list.
Can I drive for you?
Yes. Apply through the driver page. You will need a valid Omani driving licence and the food delivery licence the Ministry of Labour requires.
How do I delete my details?
Message the shop on WhatsApp and ask. We remove your number and address, keeping only what a closed accounting record must contain.
